These resources are
available to instructors of university and college courses involving
VoiceXML training and research. These resources include:
- Commercial grade software—Software platforms, development environments, tool, example VoiceXML applications, grammars, audio files, and subdialogs available via academic licensing from a commercial VoiceXML vender. Vendors are encouraged (but not required) to not charge a fee for the academic license.
- Online services—online development environments, documentation, and/or hosting services provided at low or no cost.
- Contributed freeware—Software platforms development environments, tool, example VoiceXML applications, grammars, audio files, and subdialogs downloadable without a licensing fee from universities and individuals.
- Teaching resources—Course syllabus, lecture notes, sample test questions, example projects, training materials contributed by instructors and others, downloadable without a licensing fee
Anyone, including VoiceXML platform venders, university professors, students, may be listed on this page by submitting a written application to education-exchange@voicexml.org. The application should include the following:
- The name of your organization
- Name of your package
- Description of the package contents
- Web site where the package can be accessed
- Summary of the licensing requirements
A committee of VoiceXML experts will review your application, and determine if it is appropriate to be posted on this web page. Criteria for acceptance includes accuracy of the descriptions, usefulness in university courses dealing with VoiceXML, and (for commercial offerings) discount over normal licensing fees. The VoiceXML Forum makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of this information.

A CCXML Interpreter in Java according to the W3C CCXML
specification. It is independent of the telephony infrastructure and
provides mechanisms to integrate with telephony APIs, e.g. based on the
JAIN specifications. |
