To apply for membership in the VoiceXML Forum, complete the following steps:

1. Download the VoiceXML Membership ZIP Pack which includes:
   
   • VoiceXML Forum Membership Application.doc
   • VoiceXML Forum Operating Procedures.pdf
   • VoiceXML Forum Intellectual Property Policy.pdf
2. Complete and sign the application.
3. Remit the membership dues that correspond to your membership type with the application.
   You may request a formal invoice addressed to your company, or submit payment via the Promoter or Supporter Membership "proforma" invoice.
   
4. Mail the completed application and membership dues to:
